At ETHNC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ethnic wear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
